Catching up!!

Joe was on Spring Break last week so we had a good, didn't do much, break. We did take Chloe to the doctor for her 2 month check up.

Chloe at 2 1/2 months

Weighed 14 pounds 2 oz.

Measured 24 inches

Head 15 1/2 inches

Liam at 2 months

12 pounds 15oz.

15 1/2 inches

So even though she is a girl, she is built just like her brother. Chubby babies!!!! Her check up went great and the greatest news of all is when they checked her stool there was no more blood. PRAISE GOD!!! Now she does have to be on this formula till she is at least 9 or 10 months. He said when we switch her over to try milk again then we will have to be in his office just in case her reaction to the lactose is bad. I am so thankful for our children's doctor. Her thrush is finally gone with the help of another med. Diflucan(?) And she did have a few rough nights but she is loving her swing now and we tried running the vacuum and she went to sleep with it running , I had heard this but we had never tried it. Now on the monkey man. We had a rough day yesterday. I don't have a clue what was going on with him. Lots of time-outs . I know there will be more days like that but man that was a long day. Don't get me wrong I love staying home with kids, moms just don't get many breaks during the day and neither do the kids, so that day is behind us and so far we haven't bumped heads. Anyway he still makes me laugh even when we have had a rough day. One cute thing he is saying is "chickets" that is for chicken nuggets. Last week he went on the boat with his Papi (what he calls Joe- thanks to Dora) and PawPaw James. They got him a new blue life jacket and he wanted it on as soon as we got to their house. I didn't go Chloe and I stayed at their house so we could visit with BeBe (joes grandmother) and KaKa(joes mom). Joe said Liam didn't know what to think about the boat at first but then he started loving it and getting brave. He caught two fish, I am sure it was really his Paw Paw James but they let Liam take the credit. They said he didn't care to much for fishing he just wanted to carry some floats around.
